The Association of Constructors proposes “the launch of an ‘Italy Plan‘ with zero bureaucracy and oriented towards environmental and social sustainability, through the creation of a mega fund that will allow the immediate use of 39 billion euros of resources already allocated by the latest budget laws but still unused and fragmented in many programs”.

The ANCE also calls for “the immediate use of 3 billion euros allocated to the design of works by public authorities, already allocated by budget laws, so as to increase the number of projects that can be quickly put to tender” and “the release of the Anas and RFI Programme Contracts which have been stranded for two and a half years with about 28 billion euros allocated in particular to road and rail maintenance”.
